By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the Account creation process is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.
To create an Account on napi96, you must:
napi96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on napi96. Creating multiple Accounts, using another person's Account, or allowing another person to access your Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. napi96 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all Bets placed through such Accounts, and forfeit any associated Balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. napi96 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify napi96 support at [email protected] and change your password.
napi96 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
You must ensure that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up-to-date. If your personal details (such as your address, phone number, or email address) change, you must update your Account information promptly through the Account settings page or by contacting support.
napi96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). napi96 does not accept payments in any other currency.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon successful processing.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your napi96 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. napi96 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to freeze or close Accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with napi96 support. napi96 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI) and within 1 minute for e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
napi96 reserves the right to request additional identity verification or supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.
napi96 charges zero platform fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond napi96's control.
napi96 operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× turnover) before a withdrawal request can be processed. This requirement applies to all Players and is designed to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes.
Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by napi96, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player. All Bets are final. napi96 reserves the right to void or reject any Bet at its sole discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity, technical errors, or rule violations.
napi96 sets minimum and maximum Bet limits for each betting market, game, or event. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary based on the sport, game type, or Player account status. napi96 reserves the right to adjust Bet limits at any time without prior notice.
All odds are subject to change up until the time a Bet is placed and accepted. Once a Bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance will apply. Winnings are calculated based on the accepted odds and credited to your Account Balance upon settlement of the event or game.
Bets are settled based on the official results of the event or game as determined by napi96. In the event of a dispute, the decision of napi96 is final. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, Bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with napi96's specific market rules.
napi96 offers live (in-play) betting on selected sports and events. Live betting odds fluctuate in real-time based on the progress of the event. napi96 reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time. Bets placed after an outcome has been determined but before odds have been updated may be voided.
napi96 may offer various Bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games or markets. These specific terms are displayed on the promotions page and must be read and understood before claiming any Bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the Bonus terms.
napi96 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus if it suspects bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of Bonus terms. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, collusion with other Players, betting on opposite outcomes, or using automated betting software.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active Bonus, napi96 reserves the right to deduct the Bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) from your Account Balance before processing the withdrawal.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on napi96 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and legal action where appropriate.
napi96 strives to maintain a stable and secure Platform with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. napi96 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
napi96 may display third-party content, including odds data, game results, and live streams, sourced from external providers. While we strive for accuracy, napi96 is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in third-party content. All Bets are settled based on napi96's determination of official results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, napi96's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose. napi96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. napi96 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur while using the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for managing your bankroll in accordance with responsible gaming principles. napi96 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time if we suspect:
During a suspension, you will be unable to place Bets, deposit, or withdraw funds until the issue is resolved. napi96 will endeavor to notify you of the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter.
napi96 reserves the right to terminate your Account permanently if any of the conditions listed above are confirmed. Upon termination, any remaining Balance in your Account will be forfeited if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or breach of Terms. If the termination is for other reasons, napi96 will return your Balance after deducting any amounts owed to napi96.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting napi96 support at [email protected]. If you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for information on self-exclusion options and support resources.
Upon closure, any remaining Balance in your Account will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened without prior approval from napi96.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms. By using napi96, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear disputes arising from these Terms.
In the event of a dispute between you and napi96, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
